Each of these support classes comes with its own SLA including 100% network uptime guarantee and 100% server infrastructure guarantee for our Business and Enterprise Class service.
No matter which support class your solution falls into, all our customers have easy access to a range of support services through our Support Centre. Offering a zero tier support system, all our Support Engineers are fully trained to deal with a wide variety of issues so there is no time-wasting tier escalation system.
In the unlikely event that you do need our support, getting in touch and keeping in constant contact couldn’t be easier. You can get in touch by email, our customer portal or by telephone. All our servers are monitored internally, and should we find that support is necessary, a ticket is automatically raised on your behalf. Updates are sent to our customers by telephone, SMS text message or email, whatever is the most convenient for you.
