Mark Howling
Group CEO
Mark graduated with an honours degree in Civil Engineering but started his career working in IT. Over a seventeen year period he moved on through technical, project management and commercial roles into general management within a number of large corporates, such as Mars, Coopers and Lybrand, GEC and Compel. He led a management buy-out of Digica, an IT outsourcing company, in 2003 which was subsequently acquired by Computacenter in 2007. Prior to joining Lumison Mark was Director of Services and Solutions for Computacenter.
Dr Aydin Kurt-Elli
Group COO
Aydin was brought up throughout Europe before training and graduating MBChB at Edinburgh University in 1998, with an intercalated BSc in Biochemistry. Having been involved in computers since the age of 7, Aydin set up edNET during medical school, and has grown the company since it's inception in 1995. Aydin has also sat on the boards of other businesses in executive and non-exec roles, as well as a few charity and non-profit organisations.
Rob Davies
Group Sales and Marketing Director
Rob graduated with a degree in Business studies from Hull University in 1993. He joined DCS Group in 1994 and held a number of sales positions in new business and major accounts focusing specifically on ERP Applications. Rob left DCS Group in 2000 to set-up a SAP Hosting & Managed Service practise on behalf of German based company TDS. Following TDS Rob Joined Managed Services Company Digica, as head of new business eventually taking over as Sales Director. Post acquisition in 2007. Prior to joining Lumison Rob held a number of senior positions within Computacenter as Sales Director of Corporate Services and Datacentre Contractual services.
Matt Lovell
Group CTO
Matt graduated with an honours degree in Industrial Management and holds a number of other post graduate qualifications. He joined Astra Zeneca in 1994 and chose to develop his career in IT. He has worked in several global consultancy roles in Microsoft and Perot Systems before joining Severn Trent Plc as CTO in 2000. Matt joined Digica in 2003 as CTO to accelerate the development of Mid-Market Managed Services, and following the Computacenter acquisition in 2007, Matt became CTO. In 2011, he joined the Board at Lumison as Group CTO.
Graeme MacKenzie
Group CFO
Graeme graduated with a joint honours degree in Business Studies and Accounting from Edinburgh University in 1987. Gained his chartered accountancy qualification whilst working for KPMG in Edinburgh prior to spending 2 years working for KPMG Hungary in the early 90's. Spent 10 years, latterly as Finance Director, with Reuters Research before joining Lumison in 2004 to help transform our financial operations.
