'Sharing' Cloud platforms - with other companies, across organisation or amongst clients - requires a solid approach to security.

All DediPower's Cloud servers are placed in private virtual networks called VLANs. These are invisible to the internet. You choose which services you wish to make web-facing (such as website, email). We also use Cisco Security Appliances to control and secure all of our public and private Cloud platforms.

• Security updates and patches - To keep you safe, we constantly update our security systems to ensure optimal protection. Security updates are made available for all Business server customers to apply at their convenience. For Enterprise level customers, we offer a fully managed solution on either a weekly or monthly maintenance window. So you can relax in the knowledge that our dedicated Technical Services team will apply and manage the security updates on your behalf.
• Security audits - All our Enterprise level solutions are audited monthly for security vulnerabilities. Reports are sent directly to our dedicated Technical Services team for review and action.
• Anti-virus - Our Provisioning team ensures that all servers deployed with Microsoft Windows are installed with ESET NOD32 anti-virus software along with the latest definition updates to prevent any accidental infections on your servers, and reducing the risk of a breach.
