• Our backup solution runs once a day while your server is online with no interruption to service. All backups are encrypted over the network and held in a secure environment. 
• We take a full image of your server, which means in the event of a hardware failure or disaster your entire server image can be recovered. An image or bare metal restore means that your files and all formatting, partition tables and volume configuration are recovered. 
• Our Business SLA offers 7-day on-site retention. Alternatively, our Enterprise SLA offers 30 days on-site retention plus 3 months off-site retention.
